Steps
Our recruitment process is not a rigid scheme. If you have specific needs or preferences regarding how it goes, let us know – we are happy to adapt where possible.
Application
We appreciate every application and review them carefully. However, we will contact only selected candidates.
We aim to reply within 48 hours. In the meantime, you’ll receive details about the recruitment process for the role you applied for.
Interview
You choose a convenient time – just remember we schedule meetings during TSTRONIC’s working hours.
We prefer in-person meetings, but if you’d rather have an online interview (e.g., via Google Meet), let us know.
The interview takes up to 60 minutes and involves an HR recruiter and a domain recruiter. Fresh coffee and something sweet await you on site.
Decision
We provide feedback – regardless of the outcome – by phone within 2 weeks after the process ends.
We know waiting can be stressful, so we make sure every candidate who attends an interview receives feedback.
