We precisely assemble surface-mount components using the latest pick & place machines (ASM SIPLACE), with SPI and 3D AOI inspection on every line.
THT Assembly
We carry out through-hole assembly using wave or selective soldering, ensuring durable and reliable connections verified with X-RAY technology.
Component Procurement
We provide comprehensive sourcing services, from cost optimisation to monitoring availability and lead times, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.
Testing / Programming
We verify the quality and functionality of PCBs through ICT, FCT, and functional testing, and perform component programming according to client requirements.
Mechanical Assembly
We assemble complete devices in box-build format, integrating electronics with enclosures and mechanical components.

We use automated coating and potting processes to protect electronics from moisture, dust, and damage.

In 1994, the electronic assembly plant was established, forming the cornerstone for building the TSTRONIC brand. Since 2007, the plant has been operating at its current, well-known location.
Many years of know-how development, continuous investments in growth, and regular modernisation of technological processes have brought us to our current, mature stage in the EMS industry.
Today, TSTRONIC is an undisputed expert in contract electronic assembly.
